Outreach Services

Outreach Services is responsible for ensuring library services to special groups residing in the Ela Library District. This includes those patrons who cannot access the Library due to a physical disability, those patrons who have vision or hearing loss, patrons residing in a long term care facility, as well as those patrons whose first language is not English.
