Database of children's book reviews created by the Children's Department staff of the Ela Area Public Library. Each review contains information about the author, number of pages, copyright year, age range, and a brief written description.

Database of teen book reviews created and maintained by teen volunteers and librarians at the Library. The intended age range is 7th grade and up.

Monitors titles mentioned on nationally broadcast radio and television programs. Includes a 90 day archive of listings. Includes book, music and video information featured in dozens of television and radio programs, daily newspapers and weekly, bi-weekly and monthly periodicals.

An extensive database of fiction for adults, teens and children, offering subject access and full-text reviews, Author Read-alikes, awards, theme-oriented book lists, Book Discussion Guides, Book Talks, and Feature Articles for a wide range of reading interests.

Online Book Clubs

Join an Online Book Club. Each day you'll receive a 5-minute portion of a book by email. During the week you can read 2-3 chapters and decide if you want to check the book out of the library. Every Monday new books are started. Sign up and start reading.

Scholastic Bookflix
