Submitting Print Jobs Wirelessly Over the Internet

1. In your web browser, navigate to print.eapl.org.

Submitting Print Jobs via Email

  1. Create or forward an email, with any desired attachments, either to:
    • library-ela-black [at] printspots.com (for black and white printing)
    • library-ela-color [at] printspots.com (for color printing)
  2. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your documents have been submitted and are ready to be picked up.

NOTE: Your email message will be submitted as one print job and each attachment as a separate print job, so you can print just the parts you want.

NOTE: You will need to enter your email address to identify your documents when you go pick them up.

Picking Up Print Jobs

  1. Go to any print release station in the Library. We have three to choose from:
    • 1st Floor: Outside the Children's Computer Lab
    • 2nd Floor: Behind the Adult Reference Desk
    • 2nd Floor: In the Adult Computer Lab

Your document(s) will print out on the printers next to you. Please ask one of our librarians for assistance if needed.

NOTE: No refunds will be given for blank or unwanted pages. Use Print Preview to ensure you print only what you want.

NOTE: All unattended print jobs will be automatically deleted 12 hours after they were submitted.

Obtaining a Print/Copy Vend Card

Ela Area Public Library Tax District Residents

Residents who come in person to the Circulation Desk on the first floor and present their own personal Ela Area Public Library card are eligible to receive one free print/copy vend card containing a certain amount of credit each calendar year.

  • The person named on the library card must be present to request a print/copy vend card. All residents, including children, who have their own personal Ela Area Public Library card, are eligible to request their own print/copy vend card.
  • The Library is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable print/copy vend cards. The Library will not issue new cards to district residents for any reason until after January 1 of the following calendar year.
  • Print/copy vend cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or used to pay for other Library fees or services.

Non-District Residents

Anyone may purchase a print/copy vend card from our card dispenser machine located in the front lobby on the first floor. Each card will cost $1 and will contain 50 cents worth of credit.

NOTE: The print/copy vend cards can also be used at the Library's photocopiers.

Adding Credit to Your Card

You can check the amount of credit you have remaining on your print/copy vend card either at the card dispenser machine in our front lobby or at any of our print release stations.

Both the card dispenser and release stations allow you to add credit to your print/copy vend cards. All of them will accept bills in $1, $5, $10, and $20 denominations. You can deposit up to a maximum of $50 dollars of credit on your print/copy vend card.
