3D Print Job Submission Form

Upload one 3D model file at a time in .stl or .obj format for us to 3D print. 3D printing costs 10 cents per gram. We will email you when your print is complete. Please see the library's 3D Printing page for print guidelines and additional information.

We are experiencing technical difficulties with this form. To submit a 3D print, click "Choose File", find your file, and open it. Do not click the Upload button to the right of your 3D file name.

 

 

If a color is labelled as (Low Stock), please include an alternate color choice in the comment field. We will try to honor your original color choice, but please note that we may run out.

3D printing is available to all patrons regardless of district. Your library card number must be on file at the library and in good standing. Requests from Ela Area Public Library cardholders and District 95 students may take priority during high work volumes.
If a color is labeled as low stock, please include an alternate color choice in the comment field in case we do not have enough to complete your print.
We can only print objects that are smaller than 5.7 x 5.7 x 5.9 inches or 145 x 145 x 150 mm (l x w x h), and take 8 hours or less to print.
Files must be less than 128 MB.
Allowed file types: stl obj.
