Homebound Services

How do I get library materials if I am homebound?

The Library has a Home Delivery Program which delivers materials to Ela card holders who are physically unable to access the building either temporarily or permanently.  Patrons can make requests to check out items that are delivered on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, including DVD’s, music, books, and magazines.

In addition, patrons can always access the Library’s website for information on their account; to look up a book on the catalog; download an e-book or magazine; use the internet or the library’s electronic databases for research; and to find information on current programs, speakers, and events.

To learn if you are eligible for the Homebound Program contact the Outreach Coordinator for this free service at (847) 438-3433 ext. 140 or email cwagner@eapl.org.
