Join us for these family events and other festivities taking place this summer!

North Central O Gaugers Train Run, Sat., June 3 from 9:30AM-3PM

This is a must-see three-track train run that only comes to the Library every few years. See an elaborate display of nostalgic amusement park rides and vintage carnival/circus scenes with circus trains running throughout the 12' x 20' modular layout. Plus, take a closer look at display trains and learn about the NCOG club.

Kaleidoscope Eyes, Beatles Tribute Band, (Outdoors)

Thurs., June 8 from 6:30-8PM

Featured on Chicago's 93.1 WXRT, 102.3 WXLC, ABC 7 Windy City Live, Genesee Theatre and more, Kaleidoscope Eyes is Chicago's premiere Acoustic Beatles Tribute band. Hear them pay homage to the greatest melodies and harmonies this world has ever known with exactly that, great melodies, harmonies and musicianship!

50th Anniversary Celebration! (Outdoors) Tues., June 27 from 6-8PM 

Join us for a rockin' time to celebrate the Library's 50th anniversary! Bring a picnic dinner and enjoy Hugo's Elvis Tribute Show (7-8PM) spanning hits from the 50s, 60s and 70s. Grab your socks, your dancing partner and get ready to get "All Shook Up"!
