What foreign language materials and services can I find at the library?

World Languages Collection -- The Library maintains World Languages collections in both the Reference and Children's Departments. Easily identifiable by the colorful international flags on the book shelves, these materials include translations of American bestsellers as well as classics and biographies. There are also current titles in the following languages: Chinese, Korean, German, Spanish, Polish, French, Hindi and Russian. In addition, some foreign language magazines and newspapers are also available.

English as a Second Language (ESL) -- English instruction classes are offered throughout the year. Classes usually meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings and evenings. For specific dates and times, please contact the Information Desk at (847) 438-3433 ext. 500.
