Only staff can operate the 3D printers due to time and safety concerns, but anyone with a valid library card in our system can request a print.

  • The library has one Bambu Labs P1P 3D Printer that can print objects up to 256 x 256 x 256 mm (length x width x height) and take 10 hours or less to print.
  • The 3D printers use PLA filament ONLY. Many color options are available.

How It Works
  • Anyone with a valid library card in our system can request 3D prints.  
  • Find or create a 3D design and submit an .stl or .obj file using the 3D print request form. 
  • Your print will be completed within 2-3 weeks. - Forge staff will email you when your print is complete!
Cost
  • $.10 per gram of finished item. 
  • Pay by cash at the checkout desk.
