The Forge Makerspace now offers high-quality specialty printing using the Epson SC-F450 and Epson ET-8550. Order prints on sublimation paper, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), and/or sticker paper to bring your designs to life. Whether you're making custom apparel, decals, or unique crafts, we’ve got you covered!
To ensure the best quality prints, we require all print jobs to be submitted in PDF format. PDFs preserve your design’s layout, colors, and resolution exactly as intended, preventing issues like misplaced elements or unexpected color shifts.
For optimal results, we recommend:
- 300 PPI resolution for high-quality prints
- CMYK color mode for accurate color reproduction
- DO NOT MIRROR your design. Our sublimation printer does that automatically.
We will print your file exactly as it is saved in your PDF, so please double-check your design before submitting!
Forge has the following Equipment to print on vetted specialty paper.

Note: You must submit your print order through our Forge Printing Service form.
- Anyone with a valid library card in our system, in good standing, can submit a specialty print job.
- Find or create a .pdf file and submit a request for printing using our Forge Printing Service form here.
- Max of 5 pages per person per week.
- No outside materials permitted. All our paper is vetted and high quality.
- Pick up your print job in 2-3 business days. An email will be sent out when your print job is ready.
- Cash only. Print pick up in the Forge makerspace.
